Hello dear ones! Our garden is in full gear and our CSA box is overflowing—in other words, we’re swimming in summer produce. One thing I’ve come to learn over the years is that you can grill almost anything. Last week as I was grilling up a mess of baby bok choy it occurred to me that it would be fun to share some of my favorite, not-so-obvious vegetables that I regularly grill, from giant carrots, to baby beets, to potatoes, broccoli and more. Below you’ll find cooking instructions as well as my favorite ways to serve them.
