Hello dear ones! I’m sitting here wondering how to start this, thinking I should make some sort of small talk, but the truth is that I’m terrible at small talk (which is funny because I just wrote the subtitle, “let’s chat”). But the thing is, if you were here I know we’d have so much to talk about (beyond the weather and work)! But alas, while we can’t be in person, this week I’d love to open the floor to you. I’m deeply grateful for all of you paid subscribers and wanted to give you a chance to share if there’s anything you’d like to see here. Are there recipes or dishes that you’d like me to develop?
