Hello dear ones! I’m not sure how chocolate got so wrapped up with Valentine’s Day, but I have to say, I’m here for it. I’ll take any excuse to bake up something rich and luscious in this longest-shortest month of the year (I’m talking about you, February). Today I’m sharing my ten favorite chocolate desserts, many of which are easy enough to whip up on a Wednesday (including the chocolate fondue, chocolate pudding, crackle cakes, one-bowl chocolate almond cake, fudgy brownies and double chocolate spoon cake). The others take a bit more time, but not much, and would be a joyful way to bring some sweetness to a cold winter’s weekend (from a tender quinoa cake, to mini pavlovas, to a vegan pudding tart, and more). As always, these are all gluten-free, and many are grain-free as well. ❤️
