I will try the pignoli cookie recipe. I love all the Italian cookies and always enjoy an assortment from a good Italian bakery!

The best holiday cookies I’ve ever made, though, were Molly Yeh’s stollen bars. So delicious, lasted and even tasted better after a few days.

Molly J. Wilk has a recipe for pecan and chocolate chunk cookies on her site. Everyone I’ve ever made them for has gobbled them up!
